Competition Meals
We are in the process of figuring out how to set up competition meals in “Charms.” There will be an email coming out later this week with instructions.
These meals are open to all band members and staff as well as the chaperones and drivers who will be accompanying the band for that evenings competition. We are only collecting money from band members who will be eating the meals this season. The cost is $40 per band student. If you have more than one student participating, the cost for the second student is $30 and $25 for a third. If your child does not wish to eat the meals provided, he/she may choose to bring a packed dinner from home. Please indicate below if packing for the season.

Walking tacos, fruit, drinks and dessert provided by the Spirit Committee

Baked ziti, salad, bread, applesauce, drinks with dessert from the Spirit Committee
As in the past, we will have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches available for anyone who does not like the main entrée on a particular day along with fruit and vegetables.
ALL students are fed for CBA Championships (11/13/16). For that day only, ALL students are fed even if you do not purchase the meal plan above.
We’ll also be sending out information on how to volunteer to help with competition meals. We will need cooks and servers. Clearances are NOT required to help with competition meals, but are preferred for servers.
